Paul Tantillo is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in managing global client relationships and recruitment operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition RPO at Korn Ferry, Paul oversees recruitment for clients including Google, Alcon, and Microsoft. Previously, as SVP of Global Client Services at AMS, Paul led RPO operations for major firms like Marsh McLennan and Credit Suisse, facilitating a significant global hiring initiative. Paul's entrepreneurial experience includes founding JMT Partners, where strategic HR consulting was provided to the Financial Services and Technology sectors. Additionally, Paul held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Barclays Investment Bank, responsible for a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Economics from Seton Hall University.
