Pinar Tuba Gocgun

Pinar Tuba Gocgun is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry since 2021, Pinar previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Organisation at BNP Paribas Cardif from 2020 to 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources, Learning and Development Director at MetLife in Turkey from 2015 to 2020, as well as various positions at Nokia from 2006 to 2013, where Pinar managed HR across multiple regions and led talent development initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Genuine People Consulting, Eli Lilly and Company, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Pinar's educational background includes a degree in HR Strategy and Leadership from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
