Radhika Papandreou

Radhika Papandreou serves as the President of North America and Managing Partner at Korn Ferry, leading the Chicago Office and the Travel, Hospitality, and Leisure Practice since January 2019. In February 2024, Radhika joined the Board of Directors at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. Previously, Radhika held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of the Hospitality & Leisure Practice at Ferguson Partners from March 2016 to January 2019, and Managing Director at Lloyds Bank overseeing Consumer & Healthcare in North America from January 2010 to February 2016. Radhika’s career also includes senior roles at BBVA Compass and Citi. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in International Law and Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since August 2023.
