Reinder van der Schaaf

Reinder Van Der Schaaf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since October 2020, Reinder focuses on leadership and succession planning. Previous roles include Partner at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included Country Chair Products and Head of Korn Ferry Hay Group Norway from September 2015 to September 2020. Reinder has also held significant positions at Cubiks, managing Nordic, Malaysian, and UAE operations, and served as Regional Director for Northern Europe. Earlier career highlights include Managing Consultant at Right Management and Manager Training & Development at Politie Nederland. Reinder began a military career as a First Lieutenant with the Ministerie van Defensie. Educationally, Reinder holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Groningen.
