Sajisha Viswanathan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Replicon since May 2023, Sajisha previously held key roles at SapienHR® Analytics from July 2017 to February 2023, including Lead Talent Analyst and Senior Talent Scout, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for multiple accounts and strategic sourcing.
