Shanda Mints

Shanda Mints is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment process outsourcing and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Implementation & Analytics at Korn Ferry since May 2016, Shanda provides strategic vision for RPO account success and leads the implementation teams across North and South America, while also mentoring executives and new graduates. Prior to this role, Shanda spent nearly a decade at IBM, where responsibilities included managing global delivery for RPO services, overseeing a revenue generation of over $120 million, and leading numerous RPO centers across multiple countries. Shanda's career also includes various recruitment and operational roles at StraightSource starting in 1999. Shanda holds a Master's degree in Humanities and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas.
