Susie Mogg is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry since February 2022, Susie previously held key positions at Suncorp Group as People & Culture Manager and Executive Talent Manager, where responsibilities included executive talent acquisition and strategic governance. As the Founder and CEO of Resilience In..., established in 2017, Susie is dedicated to building resilience in individuals. Susie's prior roles include Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International and a series of positions at Deloitte, where contributions included managing human capital consulting projects for major corporations. Education includes a Chartered Membership from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a degree in French from the University of Leeds.
