Tarek Soueid

Tarek Soueid is a Principal at Korn Ferry, leading HR engagements in the GCC region, focusing on total rewards, performance management, and organizational strategy since July 2019. Prior to this, Tarek served as a Senior HR Expert at Euromena Consulting, managing HR projects for telecommunications firms in Qatar and Kuwait. Tarek's extensive experience at The World Bank included roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Compensation Policy Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed developing corporate HR strategies and managing compensation programs across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Economic Analyst at Bank Audi, specializing in macroeconomic modeling and financial analysis. Tarek holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from The George Washington University, an MBA from the American University of Beirut, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
