Wendy Nicholls

Wendy Nicholls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy and talent management, currently serving as Senior Vice President for EMEA Commercial and Global Leader of KF Digital Services at Korn Ferry since October 2011. Prior to this role, Wendy held several key positions at Hay Group, including Business Unit Leader for NE Asia and Pacific and Reward Information Services Leader for the Pacific. Wendy's career began at Cubiks as a Principal Consultant and at Hay Group as a Reward Analyst and Team Leader. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Marketing from the University of Cape Town, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
