Kat Peterson has a diverse work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Kat started their career in 2006 as a Web Developer at Access Development. Kat then worked as a Web Marketing and Front End Web Developer at the American Academy of Professional Coders in 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they served as a Director of Marketing at Innovations International. In 2013, they joined UtahRealEstate.com as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they managed all marketing and branding efforts until 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Executive Director of Marketing at Kornerstone Credit, LLC, a FinTech startup, where they implemented data-driven strategies and built the marketing team. In 2018, they also became the Chief Marketing Officer at Rolls Corporation and later served as the President and Member of the Board.

In September 2018, they also obtained a certification in HubSpot - Marketing Software from HubSpot.
