Maria Chan

Maria Chan is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for APAC at Kornit Digital since July 2020. Prior to this, Maria held the position of Director of Human Resources for Asia-Pacific at GLG, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to align with organizational goals. Experience also includes roles at Vitasoy International Holdings as Group Senior Manager for Organization Development, and VF Corporation as Regional Talent Development Manager, where talent development strategies were executed across 10 APAC countries. Earlier career highlights include positions at Leo Burnett Hong Kong, Pacific Brands, Huawei Technologies Australia, Youth Off The Streets, and the Australian Chinese Community Association. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from La Trobe University.
