Roni Berezin

Roni Berezin has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources and organizational development. Most recently, from April 2019 onwards, they have been working as the Global OD & Learning Director at Kornit Digital. Prior to that, Roni served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Deep Instinct from July 2016 to October 2018. They also held roles at Verint as the Director of Organizational Development Israel from November 2014 to July 2016, and as a Senior HR Business Partner from May 2012 to November 2014. Additionally, Roni worked at Amdocs as an HRBP for the PBG Division from March 2011 to May 2012. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Human Resources at RRsat Global Communications Network Ltd. from February 2008 to March 2011 and worked in the Organizational Development Department at Clalit Health Services from June 2007 to February 2008. Roni began their career as an Organizational & Management Consultant at OCI - Organizational Consulting Institute, where they worked from January 2004 to June 2007.

Roni Berezin received their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University between 1999 and 2002. They then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University, completing their studies between 2004 and 2006.
