Anna-Lena Pusch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Anna-Lena started their career as a German Language Teacher at Matthäus-Beger-Schule in 2015. In 2018, they worked as a Coordinator for Cultural and Recreational Programs at Goethe-Institut e.V. Anna-Lena then moved on to Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, where they served as a Student Assistant in the Graduate Academy in 2019. Later that year, Anna-Lena worked as part of the Human Resources team at Fraunhofer IKS, focusing on recruiting. In 2020, they took on the role of Coordinator at Goethe-Institut e.V.'s Language Office for a brief period before joining Königsweg Personalberatung as a Project Assistant. In 2021, Anna-Lena transitioned to Getsafe, first as a People & Culture Intern and then as a People & Culture Generalist. In 2022, they became a People Operations Manager at Getsafe.
Anna-Lena Pusch has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics & Teaching from the University of Tübingen. Anna-Lena also attended Heidelberg University, studying Intercultural Communications, but dropped out before obtaining a degree. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Warsaw, where they studied General Linguistics. Anna-Lena Pusch has also obtained additional certifications, including Personio Essentials from Personio in May 2023 and The Project Manager Course from 365 Careers in May 2023.
