Lena Hortig has worked for KoRo since 2022, where they have held the roles of Sales - City Ambassador Berlin, HR - Employer Branding, and HR - Employer Branding. Prior to that, they worked for Charit\u00e9 from 2020, where they held the roles of HR & Personalentwicklung and HR & Personalentwicklung.

Lena Hortig began their educational career in 2018, when they enrolled in BSP Business & Law School and earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Wirtschaftspsychologie in 2021. Lena continued their studies at BSP Business & Law School and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2024.
