Richard Horton

Richard Horton has over 20 years of experience in the business and technology sectors. Richard began their career in 1991 as a Senior Manager at Parsytec AG. In 1996, they became a Partner at Marketbroad, followed by Managing Director and Founder at First Communique Ltd in 1997. From 2004 to 2012, they held various roles at Blackboard Inc, including Regional Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa and Regional Manager. Richard then worked as Business Development Manager at oMbiel Limited and Jenzabar Inc. In 2013, they became Senior Regional Director at Instructure Inc, and in 2018 they assumed the roles of Commercial Director and Business Development Director at Kortext.

Richard Horton completed their education history with a MEng in Microelectronics and Telecommunications from the University of Liverpool. Prior to this, they completed a Research program in PWM Control of Synchronous AC Motors from the University of Bristol. Richard also obtained a BSc in Computing and Electronics from Durham University. Richard'seducational journey began at Poole Grammar School.
