Brian Case has held several positions throughout their work experience. From 2022 to the present, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at KORU Medical Systems. Prior to this, they worked at Fresenius Kabi for 16 years, starting in 2006, where they were the Vice President of R&D. In this role, they provided business and technical leadership for a global multi-site and multi-competency technical team. Before joining Fresenius Kabi, Brian worked at Cook Incorporated from 2000 to 2006 as an R&D Program Manager for Advanced Research. In this role, they managed a cross-functional team and was responsible for developing and assessing new technologies for the peripheral disease market.

Brian Case's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed between 1990 and 1995. Brian then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained certifications such as the Certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP) from the PDMA - Product Development and Management Association and the Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Brian is also a Licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in the State of Indiana.
