Josh Collier has been in the beauty industry since 2010, beginning with a Freelance Artist role at Smashbox Cosmetics. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Hourglass Cosmetics, responsible for East region retailers. In 2015, they took on the role of Education Account Executive at Sunday Riley, where they managed the launch of the brand in Sephora stores throughout a 56 store territory. In 2016, Josh held two roles simultaneously, Sales Manager at TOCCA and Account Executive at Tarte Cosmetics, where they managed sales and education for the NYC Metro and Long Island markets. From 2017-2019, Josh worked at Kjaer Weis as Senior Sales Manager, responsible for Sales management for North America, Australia, New Zealand, and select Ecommerce retailers. Most recently, they have been with Kosas since 2019, holding the roles of Senior Account, Sales & Education Manager - International, Account & Territory Manager - International, and Account & Territory Manager.

Josh Collier is currently pursuing a Diploma of Organic Skincare Formulation from Formula Botanica, which is expected to be completed in 2022. After this, they will pursue a Certificate in Cosmetic Stability Testing from Formula Botanica, also expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they are pursuing a Certificate in Natural Cosmetic Preservation from Formula Botanica, which is also expected to be completed in 2022. Previously, they attended the University of Delaware from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Statistics.
