Sherry Searles

Sherry Searles joined the staff in October of 2018. The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with The Kosciusko County Community Foundation and United Way, recently formed a Childcare & Early Learning Coalition, now known as LaunchPad, for the purpose of helping families in the county access high quality and affordable child care/early learning options for their children, birth to age 5. LaunchPad has a 5-year strategic plan to help guide their work. Sherry is the Director for this coalition.

Sherry is the former Director of Manchester Early Learning Center and a former teacher for Warsaw Community Schools. She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and is a certified HighScope teacher and trainer.

Sherry says that early childhood education is a proven long-term investment and she is looking forward to helping the community access quality and affordable childcare and early learning opportunities for all children from birth to age five.
