Sami Alajrami

Sami Alajrami has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. Sami started as a Teaching Assistant at Al Azhar University - Gaza in 2010 and continued until 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Software Intern at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories for six months. From 2017 to 2020, Sami worked as a DevOps Consultant at Eficode Praqma. In 2020, they took on the role of Technical Director, Norway at Eficode, which lasted until 2021. Currently, Sami is employed as a DevOps Consultant at Merkely.

Sami Alajrami completed their education in a chronological manner. Sami first attended Al Azhar University - Gaza from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering. Following this, they pursued further studies at Newcastle University, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Internet Technologies & Enterprise Computing from 2011 to 2012. Sami then continued their education at Newcastle University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Sami Alajrami also obtained several certifications. Sami acquired the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2019. In December 2018, they achieved the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification and the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification, both of which were obtained from The Linux Foundation in November 2018.
