Josh Marion

Josh Marion has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Josh started their career at Patton Boggs LLP as an Associate, where they provided advice on energy transactions, finance transactions, real estate transactions, and general corporate matters, with a focus on oil and gas law. Josh then moved on to SNR Denton, where they worked as a Managing Associate, advising clients on general corporate matters and energy transactions, with a particular focus on upstream oil and gas law. At Kosmos Energy, Josh held various roles, including Senior Counsel, Associate General Counsel for the company's Ghana, Africa business unit, and most recently, Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. In these roles, they provided legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including compliance, regulatory issues, and contractual negotiations.

Josh Marion obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University from 2000 to 2005. Josh also earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance, General from the same institution during the same period. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they attended SMU Dedman School of Law, where they received a Juris Doctor degree.
