Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is the SVP of External Affairs, Government Relations, and Security at Kosmos Energy. Mike has over 25 years of experience working in various government positions in the UK. Mike was most recently the Director General for the Green Economy and Corporate Affairs at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Prior to that, they were the Director General for Climate Change at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Department of Energy and Climate Change. Anderson has also held the role of Director of Strategy and Communications at the Department of Constitutional Affairs and the Ministry of Justice.

Mike Anderson obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law from Trinity College, Cambridge. Mike then went on to study at Hymers College, Hull.

Mike Anderson reports to Andrew Inglis, Chairman & CEO. They work with Paul M. Nobel - SVP & Chief Accounting Officer, Paul Tooms - SVP, Technical Functions, and Tim Nicholson - SVP, Exploration.
