Joseph E Ruffolo

Joseph E Ruffolo has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategy and leadership. Joseph E started their career in 1981 as Vice President Employee Relations / Director of Human Resources at Varsity Corporation, where they worked until 1996. From 1996 to 2005, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Peregrine Incorporated / ACSYS Technologies Inc. Joseph E then served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Guide Corporation from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they became the Principal at Human Capital Strategies LLC and also took on the role of Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Orchard Lake St Mary's Preparatory. In 2012, they joined KOSTAL of America, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America, where they are responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies.
