Shiv Maurya

Shiv Maurya has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps. Shiv started their career in 2015 as a Cloud Engineer at Team Computers, where they launched and managed EC2 instances for projects. After that, they worked at Oodles Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Associate Consultant DevOps, where they focused on architecting and deploying production environments on cloud platforms, with a specialty in AWS and Digital Ocean. Shiv also handled cryptocurrency projects during their time there.

In 2018, Shiv joined Searce Inc as a DevOps Engineer, where they worked as a specialist for ePayLater, designing and deploying infrastructure as code. Shiv then moved to Pentair in 2019 as a Senior Project Engineer - DevOps, where they mentored and led a team of 5 members. Shiv was responsible for working on multiple IoT products and implementing new product infrastructure workflows.

Shiv's next role was at Paytm, where they initially worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer, focusing on designing and implementing mission-critical projects infrastructure and updating existing infrastructures to address security threats. Shiv was later promoted to DevOps Lead before joining Kotak Cherry in 2023 as the DevOps Lead (Head).

Shiv Maurya obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Integral University Lucknow in the years 2011-2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Data Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their degrees, Shiv Maurya has obtained several certifications, including Advanced Architecting on AWS from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, Certified Safe 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional from Amazon Web Services in 2019, Redhat Certified Engineer and Redhat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat Asia Pacific in 2017, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator from CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) in 2020.
