Sudarshan Sharma

Sudarshan Sharma, PMP® is currently the Chief Manager at Kotak General Insurance, overseeing UX for the public website. In his previous role at HDFC Bank, he led key projects that enhanced customer experience through digital channels. His experience includes working on digital transformation projects at PwC and Accenture, as well as internships at Eicher Trucks and Buses and The Economic Times. Sudarshan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Nanodegree in Digital Marketing from Udacity.
