Ritika Kumari

Ritika Kumari currently serves as the Branch Training Manager at Kotak Life since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ritika was a Junior Executive in Human Resources at Vinosha Portfolio Pvt. Ltd. from October 2021 to December 2021, where recruitment and candidate sourcing were key responsibilities. Additionally, Ritika worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Peacock Solar between July 2021 and September 2021, managing screening, selection, documentation, and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes being a core member at Tatva: Eco Club from September 2018 to November 2019, contributing to the organization of the annual fest and receiving a certificate of excellence in the creative wing. Ritika holds a B.Com (H) degree from Ramanujan College, completed in 2021, and a Certificate in Korean Language and Culture from Indira Gandhi National Open University, obtained in December 2021.
