Shreya Jain

Shreya Jain is a Chief Manager at Kotak Life, where responsibilities include implementing Transactional and Relationship Net Promoter Score surveys to enhance customer satisfaction and manage online presence through Online Response Management and Google My Business. Previously, as Vice President of the Business Events Committee at NMIMS Navi Mumbai, Shreya led a team and played a key role in corporate communications and event organization. Additional experience includes positions such as Senior Executive Member of the Research Committee, Digital Marketing Intern at Blu Ocean Innovations, Social Media Marketing Intern at Country Holidays, and Brand Management Intern at Kapiva. Shreya holds an MBA in Marketing and Analytics from NMIMS and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from KC College.
