Smitha Jayan

Smitha Jayan is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Kotak Life since March 2021, after progressing through roles as Manager and Human Resources Intern. Prior to this, Smitha gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Associate at Tech Mahindra from February 2016 to May 2019. Academically, Smitha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from MIT School of Distance Education and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
