Atul Mahamunkar

Atul Mahamunkar has over 15 years of extensive experience in database management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Database Head - VP at Kotak Mahindra Bank since January 2014, Atul is responsible for designing and supporting over 1000 database systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and Zero Data Loss Protection (ZDLP) architecture. Previous roles include Database Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Senior Database Administrator at Wipro Technologies, and Database Administrator at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd., with responsibilities ranging from managing Oracle and MS-SQL platforms to vendor management and system monitoring. Atul holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
