Fardin Sadeghian

Fardin Sadeghian has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the banking sector, currently serving as the Regional Head West for Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Previously, Fardin held multiple roles at YES BANK, including Regional Head of Business HR, HR Business Partner, and Branch Operations Manager. Earlier career experiences include working as a Bank Assurance Partner at HDFC Bank and as a Sales Executive during a summer trainee program at Garnier. Fardin holds a Master's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from the University of Mumbai, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
