RAJU V.V G.S. has over 25 years of extensive experience in legal roles within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Legal Wholesale Banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2006, RAJU has held multiple senior positions, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Legal. Prior to joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, RAJU served as Chief Manager Legal at ICICI Bank and held various legal roles at CITICORP FINANCE (INDIA) LIMITED, Tata Finance Limited, and Sundaram Finance Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master of Corporate Secretaryship from Alagappa University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) along with an MCom from Andhra University.
