Rakesh Patel

Rakesh Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design leadership and user experience, currently serving as the Deputy Vice President and Head of Design for the Kotak Neo Platform at Kotak Securities. Previously, Rakesh held the role of Associate Vice President and Head of Design for a new age broking platform. Rakesh's background includes significant positions such as Lead Service Designer and UX Researcher at Virtusa, and Creative UX Strategist at BORN Group. Rakesh began in user experience research as an intern at Microsoft and has also worked as a Business Consultant focused on IoT and Smart Cities at Prodapt. Rakesh holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design and an MBA in Telecommunications Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Digital & Telecom Management.
