Ryan Hambleton

Ryan Hambleton is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and land development, currently serving as Development Manager at Kotarides Companies since November 2016, focusing on the Carolinas and Richmond market. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions including Manager of Civil Engineering at Stewart from July 2007 to November 2016, and Contracts Manager at Pulte Homes from July 2004 to June 2007. Ryan's experience also includes service as an Infantry Captain in the US Army, with a year-long deployment in Iraq, and roles at Bowman Consulting and IDS Engineering Group as a Project Engineer.
