Heini N. Vaniala has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Heini started their career as a Junior Digital Buyer at Aegis Media in 2010. Heini then worked as a Consultant at Klikkicom Oy, where they specialized in paid media and developed online marketing strategies for B2C and B2B clients.

In 2015, Heini joined Omni Partners as an Omni Channel Strategist, focusing on omni-channel strategies. Heini then moved on to Motley Agency as the Smart Commerce Lead, where they utilized data, automation, and 360 thinking to enhance marketing and sales.

Most recently, Heini joined RADLY as a Digital Transformation Lead, focusing on strategic digital and customer-centric development. Their responsibilities included leading and facilitating change, developing digital sales and customer experience, and taking part in business development.

Currently, Heini is working at Kotipizza Group Oy as the Loyalty & Customer Experience Lead. Heini is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and increasing customer loyalty through loyalty program methods.

Heini N. Vaniala obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Law, Electronic Commerce, and Economics from the University of Eastern Finland between 2005 and 2008. From 2009 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Economics degree at the University of Jyväskylä, focusing on Information Systems, Ecommerce, and Marketing.
