Tara Haskins has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development. Tara began their career in 1999 as a Marketing Services Specialist at Holland America Line, and then moved up to become a Marketing & Sales Supervisor, National Account Sales and a Marketing Communications Coordinator. In 2000, they held a Public Relations internship at the Pacific Northwest Ballet. In 2009, they became a Women's Accessory Examiner at Examiner.com, and then moved on to become an Account Manager at Avenue B Design in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Digital Campaign Specialist at The Kitsap Sun, and then a Director of Interactive Sales at SE Digital from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Director of Business Development at Fluid Advertising, and then Co-Founder at Schematik in 2020. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Marketing Manager at Kotis Design, an industry-leading swag provider and technology partner. In this role, they manage a team of designers, project managers and developers, optimizes all marketing channels, provides data-driven strategies to drive audience engagement and lead generation, and identifies key prospects and builds processes with the sales team.

Tara Haskins began their higher education in 1997 at Gonzaga University, where they studied Marketing, Public Relations, Italian and Philosophy until 1999. Tara then transferred to Seattle University, where they earned a BA in Journalism/PR and Philosophy in 2001. In 2014, Tara obtained a Google AdWords certification from Google. In 2016, they obtained a Digital Marketing Foundations Practitioner certification from Market Motive, as well as a Display Advertising Primer certification from the same institution.
