Marty Kotis

Marty Kotis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marty is the CEO and Owner of Kick Ass Concepts, a company that manages retail properties and operates hospitality businesses. Marty is also the CEO and Owner of Darryl's Wood Fired Grill, a popular restaurant chain. Marty is the Founder and CEO of Kotis Street Art, which they established in 2017. Marty serves as a Trustee at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a Member of the Board of Governors at the University of North Carolina. Marty has also been a Board Member of RARE Connection, a group of restaurant real estate specialists, and the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association.

Marty Kotis earned a BS-Business degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1991. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Grimsley from 1985 to 1987. In 1995, Marty Kotis received their MBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
