Deb Kotlarz

Deb Kotlarz has extensive experience in real estate and project management. Since 2001, Deb has been a top producing Realtor and the Team CEO at Kotlarz Group, specializing in luxury homes, downsizing, relocations, first-time homebuyers, real estate investing, and land development. As a Team Leader and CEO at Kotlarz Group since January 2008, Deb continues to lead a successful real estate team. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Deb held significant roles at Nortel Networks as a Global IT Project Manager, focusing on SAP and acquisition integration, and at Xylogics as Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Operations Manager, where responsibilities included sales incentive program development and financial analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Cost Accounting Manager and Sales & Marketing Operations Manager at Banyan Systems. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and additional education from Clark University and Boston University.
