Ira Martin

For over a decade, Ira has helped global clients develop their organizational culture and drive the development of their leadership talent as they strive for excellence. As an Affiliate for Kotter, Ira supports Kotter’s most complex engagements, partnering with clients in their transformation efforts. Ira has experience working across a broad spectrum of corporate, military, health, academic, and athletic environments. In conjunction with his consulting experiences, Ira has spent time in the classroom at institutions such as Boston University, The United States Coast Guard Academy, and Connecticut College teaching business and psychology courses.

Ira holds a master’s and doctoral degree from Boston University in Performance Psychology and Human Development, and is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence Coaching. Ira has a passion for building strong relationships with individuals, and creating an environment that promotes reflective dialogue and active learning to empower movement and growth.

Ira is based out of the Cambridge, MA office.
