Katy Paul-Chowdhury

As a Kotter team member, Katy combines strong creative skills with 20 years of change consulting, writing, research, and teaching experience, to help organizations drive effective change, tell their most important stories, and engage stakeholders through results-focused projects, impactful events, and internal / external communications.

Katy has worked closely with leaders and teams, helping clients drive change in a range of different situations, including rapid-cycle performance improvement, strategic transformation, acquisition integration, and leadership development. Her experience spans a variety of change methodologies, and industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and cultural / not-for-profit.

She is the founder of a company focused on professional business writing, helping organizations to develop strategies, communications plans, and documents in support of sales, marketing and major change initiatives. Katy also spent 6 years teaching in the MBA program of a leading Canadian business school, specializing in major consulting- and research-related project courses.

She holds a BComm from Queen’s University, and a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Western Ontario.
