Russell is the President of Kotter and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He is also the lead consultant on some of KI’s major client engagements. Russell has over 22 years of experience working with the teams and leaders of some of the world’s most recognized and reputable companies. Educated in South Africa and having lived around the world, Russell is passionate about helping to reshape how complex organizations deliver exceptional results with individuals who thrive in their work.
