Chelsea Baller has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Chelsea is currently a Customer Success Manager at Kount, an Equifax Company, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OpSec Security from November 2021 to February 2022 as a Brand Analyst Supervisor, and from November 2018 to October 2021 as a Brand Protection Analyst.

Before joining OpSec Security, Chelsea was a Junior Loan Processor at Evergreen Home Loans NMLS 3182 from August 2017 to November 2018. Chelsea also held the position of Loan Servicing Assistant at Idaho Independent Bank from November 2015 to July 2017.

Chelsea began their professional journey with Washington Trust Bank, where they served as a Financial Concierge II from August 2012 to November 2015. During their time there, they were responsible for finding solutions for customers, managing documentation, opening and updating accounts, and performing audit duties. Chelsea received the Rising Star Award for achieving high sales during their first quarter at the branch.

Chelsea gained early experience in the banking industry as a Teller at Wells Fargo from August 2011 to August 2012. Chelsea also briefly worked as an Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer at Fenton Communications in November 2010.

Chelsea Baller attended Central Oregon Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an AA degree in English Studies.
