Sven Hindman

Sven Hindman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sven started their career in 1997 as a Help Desk Manager at Quadrus Manufacturing, where they were responsible for managing workstations, networks, and telephony systems. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as the Director of Customer Relations at Topica, overseeing the growth of the Customer Service Organization to handle millions of subscribers. Sven then moved on to Turbine, Inc., where they served as the Director of Customer Relations, responsible for building and managing customer service, billing support, and technical support teams.

In 2005, Sven joined Webzen America as the Director of Operational Services, where they developed and implemented CS, QA, and Billing strategies. Sven then joined Makena Technologies as the Services Director, launching new billing software and implementing processes to reduce costs and fraud while increasing revenue.
