Arturo Dominguez Maldonado

Arturo Dominguez Maldonado has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Arturo started their career in 1998 at Grupo Primex as a Superintendente de Producción, where they worked until 2002. Arturo then joined Mexichem, where they held multiple roles, including Gerente de Operaciones and Operations Manager, Compounds Business. In 2019, they joined Alphagary as a DO and later moved to Koura Global as a Special Project Manager. Arturo subsequently became a Plant Manager and is currently serving as the Operations Director at Koura Global. Arturo has proven skills in overseeing daily activities, managing team workloads, and developing performance goals to support company growth.

Arturo Dominguez Maldonado has a diverse education history. Arturo earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Administration from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 1988 to 1992. Arturo pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity Systems from the Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2000 and 2005. Arturo then pursued specialized training in Operations Management, earning a specialization from The George Washington University School of Business from 2017 to 2019. In addition, Arturo obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Direction from Aden Business School from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Complex Thinking with a focus on Cultural Studies and Critical Theory from Multiversidad Mundo Real Edgar Morin, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2024.

Arturo has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Arturo completed courses in Strategy and Sustainability, Introduction to Data Analytics for Business, and Introduction to Financial Accounting from various institutions, including Coursera Certified Courses. Arturo also completed Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online and Business Foundations from The Wharton School. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in various areas such as Leadership, Managerial Accounting, Psychology at Work, and Total Quality Specialization, among others.
