John Jaddou

John Jaddou has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. John currently serves as the Global Director of Technology & Growth for Batteries & Performance Materials at Koura since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Alphagary as the Global Director of New Business Development, M&A, Venture Investment from September 2021 to April 2023. John also has experience as a Principal Consultant at Veraxia, where they formulated customized solutions for companies to grow. Additionally, they held positions such as Head of Strategy and Business Development at Nano-C, Inc., Research Scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Director of Innovation, New Business Development, & Commercial Excellence at Cabot Corporation. John Jaddou founded and served as the Managing Partner of Veraxia Management Advisors, providing strategic advice to companies. John also worked as a Senior Manager at Corporate Value Associates, a Product Planner and Senior Engineer at Ford Motor Company, and an Advanced Technology Engineer at Siemens.

John Jaddou completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in 1992. John then pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, graduating in 1994. After that, John completed their education with an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Michigan in 1999.
