Mahmoud Baioumy

Mahmoud Baioumy has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Training Restaurant General Manager at Kout Food Group since January 2012. Previously, Mahmoud held the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Egyptian Australian Restaurant Company from July 2010 to December 2011, where significant contributions included redesigning menus and achieving a 25% margin improvement in profitability. Prior roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hyatt Regency and various positions at Marriott International, where Mahmoud advanced from VIP Butler to F&B Captain, managing a range of dining and catering operations. Early career experience includes work as a waiter at Swiss Inn Hotels and Resorts. Mahmoud holds a Diploma of Commerce with a focus on Insurance Business, completed between 1995 and 2000.
