Mazen Alchaleh

Mazen Alchaleh started their career at Taco Bell in 2007, where they worked as a Market Leader until 2010. After that, they joined Kout Food Group and held various positions including Senior Operations Manager from 2010 to 2014, Group Brand Leader from 2014 to 2017, and Country Manager for Kuwait and Iraq from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Kout Food Group. During their tenure, they managed a portfolio of 8 brands and over 170 stores, leading a team of Brand Leaders and support functions.

Mazen Alchaleh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Damascus University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
