Tamer Rafaa

Tamer Rafaa is an experienced sales and management professional with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Mas Pharma since October 2019, Tamer has held multiple roles at Kout Food Group since January 1994, including Area Coach and Area Manager, overseeing training and development for a large team across 13 restaurants in Kuwait. Additional experience includes certification as a Restaurant Trainer for Burger King Corporation, where Tamer received accolades for outstanding performance. With a foundational education in Business Administration from the University of Aleppo, Tamer is fluent in Arabic and English and possesses skills in various Windows operating systems.
