Thang Phan

Thang Phan is currently serving as the Marketing Director at KOVA Paint Group since May 2025 and as a Digital Marketing Trainer at Tomorrow Marketers Academy since June 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President - Digital Sale Marketing at UOB from March 2023 to April 2025, focusing on digital channel growth strategy, and the position of Assistant Vice President - Digital Acquisition Senior Manager at both UOB and Citi. Thang has also held the role of Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & CRM at Reckitt. Thang Phan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from International University HCMC and completed specialized studies in Math, English, and Literature at Le Hong Phong High School For The Gifted.
