Joe Michalik has extensive experience in facility management and maintenance across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance at Koch Separation Solutions since November 2019, Joe previously held the title of Director of Maintenance and Manager of Facilities and Maintenance at Koch Membrane Systems from October 2011 to November 2019. Joe's earlier career includes a role as Facility Director at Textron Defense Systems from 2001 to 2011, where oversight was provided for a 725,000 sq. ft. facility. Additionally, Joe managed all aspects of a multi-shift machining operation as Manager of the Machine Shop at Textron Defense Systems from 1987 to 2001, focusing on tool design, NC programming, precision inspection, manufacturing, engineering, and shop floor control.
