Vel Raj has over 13 years of work experience. Vel started their career in 2007 as a US IT Recruiter at Trifolk Inc. Vel then moved to Jersey CO Technologies in 2010, where they served as a Sr. US IT Technical Recruiter / Bench Sales. In 2014, they became a Sr.Bench Sales Recruiter at Eminent Software Services. The following year, they were the HR Lead at TGNS Inc. In 2016, they were promoted to Sr.Manager at Info Way Solutions. Vel then joined Tektraglobal inc in 2019 as a Human Resources Lead, and currently works as an Account Manager at Kovan Technology Solutions.

Vel Raj completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Madurai Kamaraj University between 2002 and 2005.
