William Nolen

William (Rusty) Nolen has a diverse work experience in marketing and sales roles. William (Rusty) is currently working as the Executive Director of Marketing at Kowa Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at Stayma Consulting Services from January 2018 to February 2020. William (Rusty) also worked at Stayma CS as the Dermatology Marketing Director from 2012 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Manager at Stiefel, a GSK company from July 2008 to January 2010, and at Barrier Therapeutics as a Product Manager and Dermatology Sales Specialist from 2006 to 2008. William (Rusty) started their career as a Sales Representative at Cornerstone Biopharma from June 2005 to February 2006. Before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry, they worked as a Teacher/Coach at Muscogee County School District from January 2001 to January 2005.

William (Rusty) Nolen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Georgia Southern University. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Troy University, completing it in 2004.
